This hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and luxurious rooms that featured exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and comfortable beds. the attentive service provided by the staff only added to our overall wonderful experience.
Although the hotel's restaurant offered a decent selection of meals, the cleanliness could be better. Place mats were not wiped down adequately in between guests, and some of our meals were not that exciting.

The breakfast had a decent spread of food and the room offered a nice view. the location was conveniently close to the national park entrance.
The staff's English was terrible and it was difficult to communicate with them. the Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms, only in common areas, and the coffee was poor.

Fantastic hotel, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, well-equipped, excellent restaurant, close to national park entrance.

We had an amazing stay! Best aspects were friendly staff, good breakfast, clean hotel, and close proximity to the national park. We also enjoyed the spa area and the hotel facilities. Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel has a great location near the National Park, making it easy to access. the rooms are spacious and clean, with separate baths and showers. the staff is courteous, and the breakfast is a big hit with plenty of vegetable dishes and an egg station.
The hotel is not a part of an international chain and does not offer luxury services.

Great hotel experience with luxurious amenities and excellent location to nearby attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Enjoyed the fantastic buffet breakfast with different varieties of food every day. The hotel provided free shuttle service to the nearby park and airport.
The hotel's dinner prices were quite expensive, and the portions were not very generous. , the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was not very strong and would often disconnect, causing inconvenience while browsing the internet.
